Please sign up with GoCardless. Payments are taken monthly in advance on the last day each month.

The subscription runs throughout the year, with the total cost evenly spread across monthly payments.

We can accept childcare vouchers (these are invoiced half-termly in advance). Please email Alex on alex@elctutoring.co.uk for the details.

We appreciate that 'things happen' during the course. If a group lesson is going to be missed, please contact alex@elctutoring.co.uk with your child's name, the centre and the day/time your child attends.

Missed lessons have the following options:

1. Attend another lesson during the week (Alex will arrange this with you).

2. Attend the online version of the lesson at 9am on Saturday morning. If you attended an online lesson, you have accessed tutoring for that week.

If a mock exam/booster day is booked and then cancelled with less than 5 days notice, we will refund 50% of the cost as we may be unable to subsequently fill the space. If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of an event, 100% of the price will be payable.

To give notice, please email Alex on alex@elctutoring.co.uk to give 2 weeks notice. The subscription will be cancelled in 2 weeks time.

Our tutors will always treat students with the utmost care and respect. We expect the same in return from the children. This extends not only to the way children speak to staff but also the way they speak to each other and how they treat the learning environment. Disruption of lessons or damage to centres/equipment will be raised with parents if necessary and is part of our commitment to ensuring your child receives the best possible learning journey whilst with us.

We provide a detailed homework provision for all of our students. Completion of this is not compulsory but is vital to support the overall learning and progress. When discussing a child's progress we will always refer to the homework platform as part of the review.

We respond to emails within 24-48 hours if sent Monday-Friday. Emails received Saturday/Sunday may take until Monday to be replied to (although we will make every effort to come back to you sooner). The best way to contact ELC is by email at ELCT@elctutoring.co.uk or alex@elctutoring.co.uk. Please include which branch/day/time your child is attending. Text/WhatsApp can also be used, but email allows us to track conversations and requests more effectively.
