We don't know about you but it would be doubly upsetting if one of our children were ill and then we had to pay for a session that they missed. Equally we would not want them missing out on an amazing school trip, family holiday or friend's party due to being committed to a tutoring session.
At ELC we make it simple. If you miss a lesson we will simply hold it as a credit against any of our holiday clubs or mock tests that come up in the year. That way we can be confident that you are not wasting money in the event of an unavoidable absence. Does that seem fair?
Oh...and we will still let your son/daughter have access to our weekly homework pack...even if they have missed the lesson. Is that even fairer?
